Shipping Policy - Wishryclothing

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. COD orders are verified via call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 Working Days
- Other Cities / Towns: 4-7 Working Days
- Village / Remote Areas: 6-9 Working Days

Working days are Monday to Saturday. Sunday and public holidays are excluded.

3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 999
- COD Orders: Rs. 99 Extra COD Charge + Shipping Charges (if applicable)
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp and Email. You can track your order live.

5. COD (Cash On Delivery)
COD is available all over India. Please keep exact change ready and ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.

6. Delays
Sometimes delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or incorrect address provided by customer. Wishryclothing is not responsible for courier delays, but we will help you track your parcel.

7. Wrong Address
If you entered a wrong address, please contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After dispatch, we cannot change the address.
